True story, I was at dinner in Chicago with my Agents when John showed me a picture of Rep. Joe Barton, R-Texas, alongside the quotation, "Wind is a finite resource and harnessing it would slow the winds down which would cause the temperature to go up." The next day I was on a first class flight from Chicago to Detroit, and I show the guy sitting next me the picture; and echoed my thoughts that it was clear Rep. Joe Barton, had conflicts because of his fossil interests. The passenger next to me exclaim, "... now I have to change my flight to D.C.". When I asked why, he said for campaign contributions, an all expense trip to a Foreign Country and paid female[s] companionship the vote could be influenced and even changes for the right price. The man sitting next to me ran a major Wind Turbine Manufacturer. According to him, it is that easy for lobbyist to buy votes, you just have to know the right price tags.
"Barton is a staunch advocate for fossil fuels and expressed skepticism about the role of man-made carbon emissions in climate change." according to the Barton article cited above. Furthermore it states, "Barton’s critics like to paint him as blindly supportive of Big Oil and as anti-science. Exhibit A is a series of social media memes that mock him for suggesting that wind power can actually intensify global warming." Hello, these are a few of the lies and spin control I am talking about at the very highest levels. Leaders and heads of business have lies to the public for years to gouge profits at the expense of humanity.
Personally, I can't compete with Big Business to buy votes, and candidly they should not be allowed to buy votes. Since when did any major company have the rights to the right of citizenship and to votes. Are these self imposed or God given rights. Where do I buy some rights?! If that's the case then every landed immigrant legal or otherwise should vote to, what the hell; it doesn't count anyway when big money buys ballot boxes and stuff's them. full to tip the votes.
Unfortunately news media is run by, you guess it; big business. Clearly no News Agency want to upset a major advertiser and forfeit millions in earnings due to covering the story that hurt the advertiser. Sadly even news is available at a price, and Justice, is for Just Us Who Can Afford it.
Now if lawmakers had the same laws to live by that they make, most would be in prison for kickbacks, bribes, and other major white collar crimes. What gives them this unorthodox self-righteous set of rules and privileges? Are they too not citizens of the same country; and if so, why are they in a special club where it's okay to steal from the public for personal gain.
Being born into the book of Who's Who for Politics and World Leaders bring you into a world of deception, spin control, and back-door deals! Sadly, that's why I didn't want to follow the family heritage; because even as a child I could see the hypocrisy. Since the evolution of human kind after the fifth extinction on planet earth, human kind is responsible for the destruction of over 8 million lifeforms that we know of, who knows how many we missed counting.

We can thank our forefathers and mothers for feeding us the hand-downs of poor judgment, guilty, shame, politics, religion, hate, greed, and most everything else that are human made. Maybe we should learn from the Earth and give up the control issues of who's God or Government is better. Mother Earth has 4.54 billion years on any Human, and according to humans has a Life expectancy: 70.78 years (2012) according to World Bank. Humans will likely extinct themselves and everything else long before the end of Earth. We will die in our own lies and the world will eventually heal over the next million years or so [just a guess, like everyone else's], despite which ever countries Government wins the last war, or no matter which God wins. Remember, humans wrote every book we read, and well; they were and are only humans, the most self destructive lifeforms the planet has yet to know. Court Ruling Threatens Internal Compliance Programs
Washington, D.C. December 22, 2015. On December 8, 2015, the Eastern District of Tennessee dismissed a whistleblower’s claims, finding that the Plaintiff was not entitled to protection under the whistleblower provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act. Verble v. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC et al., 3:15-cv-00074 (E.D. Tenn. Dec. 8, 2015). The court’s decision further divides the split amongst circuits regarding the scope of the Dodd-Frank’s whistleblower protection provision.
The whistleblower, John S. Verble, was a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley who assisted the FBI in an investigation against the company as a confidential informant. He was terminated in 2013 and then filed his claim for whistleblower retaliation under the Dodd-Frank Act. The Court held that reporting to “governmental authorities other than the Commission” and making reports to internal compliance departments is not protected under Dodd-Frank. “This ruling is at war with whistleblowers,” stated National Whistleblower Center Executive Director Stephen M. Kohn. He explained, “It undermines corporate compliance programs and threatens every employee who raises concerns with termination. Under this ruling I advise whistleblowers to use the SEC’s confidential and anonymous reporting program when they want to report violations." "By discouraging employees from making internal reports, corporate America is cutting off its nose to spite its face,” Kohn surmised.
