Actors Reporter was at the American Film Market searching out the best talent for interview when host Kurt Kelly met Sebastian C. Besquet, a composer from California who has composed for both television as well as for film.  Sebastian has been in Los Angeles since 2008 and has worked on some very prestigious movies.

His musical range is quite wide as he covers everything from symphony to rock music and has made film ranges from shorts at a few thousand to movies up to 88 and 130 million.  The genre has continued to grow each year and has continued to have more amazing talent attached to it.  Sebastian assisted on the action packed movie, The Watchman, assisting with the programming.

In the movie, an alternate 1985 where former superheroes exist, the murder of a colleague sends active vigilante Rorschach into his own sprawling investigation, uncovering something that could completely change the course of history as we know it. The movie was a huge success with a star cast and epic music to accompany it.

Sebastian also worked on the recent scary blockbuster Sinister, which was a movie that scared audiences and kept them hiding behind their popcorn tubs. A true-crime writer finds a cache of 8mm home movies films that suggest the murder he is currently researching is the work of a serial killer whose career dates back to the 1960s. From the same directors of Paranormal Activity and Insidious the movie and the music were spine chilling and thrilling.
Sebastian also recently worked with Tyler Perry as the Orchestrator in Tyler Perry's: A Madea Christmas.  This was a success as well at the comical box office and was one of the first comedies that had Sebastian's skill attached to them.  Madea dispenses her unique form of holiday spirit on rural town when she's coaxed into helping a friend pay her daughter a surprise visit in the country for Christmas.

Sebastian is a very talented composer who studied in Tuscany with some of the masters in Cortona.  He has worked with some of the legends in the industry.  His father was an Italian composer while his mother was an American singer and songwriter.  He has a studio in Studio City California where he is able to take on any kind of project, no matter the size.
