Hackers Be Ware: "Setting The Record Straight", the offensive postings that were posted on my facebook profile page were the result of hacking. It is currently under investigation as I DO NOT take these matters lightly. They are not only offensive, they are criminal and will be dealt with accordingly! If you are part of:

While I do work in Entertainment, I do not find this amusing in the least. My sincerely apologies to any family, friends, acquaintances, professionals, clients and/or others that might have be offended by the hacker[s] postings on my profile at http://facebook.com/kurtkelly1 and true appreciation of those friends and others who rallied to my support!
Jazmin at TGMD, at my Agents office called me late yesterday to inform me of the hacking. Thank you Jazmin for being "on the ball" and catching this matter to bring it to my attention. You will see Jazmin has made postings on my profile to the effect of the hacking. While this matter is being investigated, please understand any delays in dealing with these postings and your support and encouragement is truly appreciated.
